Mango-Peach Crumble Donuts


Peach filling:

Donut batter:

  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 2/3 cup self-rising flour
  • 1/4 cup organic sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk


  • 1/3 cup self-rising flour
  • 1/4 cup organic sugar
  • 3 tbsp softened butter


  1. Cook the peach filling ingredients in a small saucepan until the peaches look tender and caramelized. Set aside.
  2. Prepare the batter by melting the butter and whisking all the ingredients together until smooth. Grease the donut mold/pan and fill with the batter, leaving room on top for the cooked peaches.
  3. Add the cooked peaches on top and bake for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the crumble by mixing the ingredients with your hands. When ready, take the pan out of the oven and top each donut with the crumble. Bake for 10 more minutes or until golden.
