Lemon Mousse

Lemon Mousse


  • 2 tbsp lemon juice 
  • 220g cream cheese 
  • 2/3 cup greek yogurt 
  • 1/3 cup powdered erythritol or monk fruit
  • Zest of 1 lemon 
  • 2 tsp Mavella Superfoods Kombucha + Gut
  • Toppings: whipped cream, butter cookies, lemon slices.


  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
  2. Serve in glasses or jars and refrigerate for 2 hs until set.
  3. Top with whipped cream, crushed butter cookies, lemon slices, or your favourite
