Lemon Energy Balls

Ingredients

Method:

  1.  Zest and juice the lemons.
  2.  Add all the ingredients to a food processor and pulse until combined.
  3. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for 2 hs.
  4. Roll into balls, about a tbspoon each.
  5. Roll the balls in shredded coconut and seeds.
