Ingredients
- 1 cup raw cashews
 - 1/2 cup shredded coconut
 - 1 Lemon
 - 2 tbsp honey
 - 2 tbsp coconut oil
 - 4g Mavella Superfoods Kombucha + Gut
 - More coconut and poppy seeds for sprinkling.
 
Method:
- Zest and juice the lemons.
 - Add all the ingredients to a food processor and pulse until combined.
 - Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for 2 hs.
 - Roll into balls, about a tbspoon each.
 - Roll the balls in shredded coconut and seeds.
