Ingredients

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly in a measuring jug.
  2. Wait about 15 minutes for the chia to absorb the water, then fill the ice cube trays.
  3. Place in the freezer until solid. Just add a couple ice cubes to your favourite drinks, sparkling or still water!
