Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp lemon juice + a bit of zest
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2/3 cup plain greek yoghurt
- 4 tbsp white chocolate chips
- 3 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tsp Mavella Superfoods Kombucha + Gut
Method:
- Add the oats, almond milk, chia seeds, honey, lemon juice and zest to a bowl or jar and stir well until combined. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- In a bowl, mix the greek yoghurt and Mavella Superfoods Kombucha + Gut until combined.
- Add the cream cheese and melted white chocolate chips to the bowl and stir well.
- Remove the overnight oats from the refrigerator and pour the cheesecake mixture on top. Refrigerate overnight.
- Top with crushed crackers, sliced lemon and white chocolate chips right before serving.
