Lemon Cheesecake Oats


  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice + a bit of zest
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2/3 cup plain greek yoghurt
  • 4 tbsp white chocolate chips
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tsp Mavella Superfoods Kombucha + Gut


  1. Add the oats, almond milk, chia seeds, honey, lemon juice and zest to a bowl or jar and stir well until combined. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  2. In a bowl, mix the greek yoghurt and Mavella Superfoods Kombucha + Gut until combined.
  3. Add the cream cheese and melted white chocolate chips to the bowl and stir well.
  4. Remove the overnight oats from the refrigerator and pour the cheesecake mixture on top. Refrigerate overnight.
  5. Top with crushed crackers, sliced lemon and white chocolate chips right before serving.
