Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 kiwi, peeled and diced
- 1 tsp Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost
Method:
- Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl: rolled oats, chia seeds, coconut flakes and Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost. Stir well.
- Add the wet ingredients: milk, yogurt, honey and the diced kiwi. Stir well until combined.
- Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for about 4 hours or overnight.
- Slice your favorite fruits and nuts right before serving and add them as toppings
