Kiwi Coconut Overnight Oats


  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and diced
  • 1 tsp Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost


  1. Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl: rolled oats, chia seeds, coconut flakes and Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost. Stir well.
  2. Add the wet ingredients: milk, yogurt, honey and the diced kiwi. Stir well until combined.
  3. Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for about 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Slice your favorite fruits and nuts right before serving and add them as toppings
