Kangaroo Pita Sandwich
- 2 Pita Breads
- 100g Sliced Turkey or Ham
- 100g Sliced cheese
- 1 Avocado
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- Carrots, blanched snow peas, yellow and red capsicum, or your favourite veggies to decorate!
- 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
- Heat the pita bread lightly on a skillet. Meanwhile mash the avocado with the cream cheese and add Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost. Mix well to combine.
- Cut the pita in half, then open it carefully and start placing the ingredients inside, spread the lettuce over the bottom, then sliced cheese and turkey. Add the avocado dip and some of the veggies.
- Cut a tiny bit to make the kangaroo pocket, then place the ears and paws made out of more veggies!
