Honey Roasted Sunflower Seeds



  1. Preheat the oven to 180c.
  2. Warm the honey so its easier to mix. Add it to a mixing bowl along with coconut oil and Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost and the sunflower seeds. Stir until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the coated sunflower seeds on a lined baking tray and bake for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven and toss them around to ensure even roasting. Bake for 5 more minutes.
  5. Cool them before storing them in an airtight container.
