Honey-Butter Roasted Butternut Squash
- 2 small butternut squash
- 1 tbsp softened butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme
- 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
- Sea salt & pepper (optional)
- Preheat the oven to 200c and spray a baking sheet with cooking oil.
- Combine the butter, honey, thyme and Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost in a small bowl to form a spread.
- Halve and seed the butternut squashes. Spread the butter evenly on every half. Add salt & pepper (if using).
- Place squashes siding up on the baking sheet and roast for 45 min, or until flesh is soft
