Honey-Butter Roasted Butternut Squash



  1. Preheat the oven to 200c and spray a baking sheet with cooking oil.
  2. Combine the butter, honey, thyme and Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost in a small bowl to form a spread.
  3. Halve and seed the butternut squashes. Spread the butter evenly on every half. Add salt & pepper (if using).
  4. Place squashes siding up on the baking sheet and roast for 45 min, or until flesh is soft
