Homemade Strawberry ice cream
- 500g Strawberry jam
- 500ml thickened cream
- 1tb spoon Mavella Superfoods Immune Boost
- Put thickened cream in a bowl and beat the cream with an electric mixer.
- As the cream thickens, check for soft peaks. Be careful not to over beat the thickened cream.
- Mix 1 tb spoon Mavella Superfoods Immune Boost to the strawberry jam, then add the mixture to the beat thickened cream.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Pour in a freezer friendly container and freeze overnight.
- Take out of the freezer 5 min before serving
