Homemade Rice Cakes



  1. Place the cooked rice in a large bowl. Mix in Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost and mix well. Add water as needed to make it more sticky.
  2. Wet your hands and roll balls. Place the rice balls on a baking sheet, lined with parchment paper.
  3. Press the balls down and bake for 45 min at 180c.
  4. Alternatively, you can fill cookie cutters with the rice mixture and press down onto the baking sheet.
  5. Once cool store in an airtight container
