Ingredients
- 280g all purpose flour
 - 50g organic white sugar
 - 60g cubed, cold butter
 - 60ml beetroot juice
 - 25ml whole milk
 - 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Brain Boost
 
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180c and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
 - In a bowl, mix together the flour and sugar. Add the butter and start forming a dough with your hands.
 - Mix Mavella Superfoods Brain Boost into the milk and add it to the bowl.
 - Add the beetroot juice and mix with your hands until just combined.
 - Divide the dough into two discs. You can cut each disc into 6 portions or using heart shaped cookie cutters.
 - Place the scones on the baking sheet and bake for 15 min.
