Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
 - 1 green onion
 - 6 slices ham
 - 4 slices cheese
 - 2 whole wheat tortillas
 - 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
 - 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
 
Method:
- In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, chopped green onion and Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost.
 - Spread the cream cheese on the tortillas all the way to the edges.
 - Sprinkle the lettuce and add layers of ham & cheese.
 - Roll the tortillas and press to seal the roll ups with the cream cheese mixture.
 - Cut each tortilla in half, then each half into 3 pieces.
