Gingerbread House Oat Pancakes
- 1 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 3 large eggs
- 1/3 cup greek yogurt
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost
- Blend all the ingredients until you reach batter like consistency.
- Heat a lightly buttered skillet on medium heat and pour 1/3 of the batter. Cook until bubbly on top. Flip to cook the other side until browned. \
- Using your favorite toppings (jam, cream, cream cheese, sprinkles, etc!) create the house. You can draw it on parchment paper for easier cutting
