Gingerbread House Oat Pancakes


  • 1 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 3 large eggs 
  • 1/3 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger 
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost


  1. Blend all the ingredients until you reach batter like consistency.
  2. Heat a lightly buttered skillet on medium heat and pour 1/3 of the batter. Cook until bubbly on top. Flip to cook the other side until browned. \
  3. Using your favorite toppings (jam, cream, cream cheese, sprinkles, etc!) create the house. You can draw it on parchment paper for easier cutting
