Gingerbread-Beetroot Hot Cocoa

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup thickened cream
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Mavella Superfoods Australian Grown - Beetroot
  • Toppings: mini gingerbread man sprinkles + whipped cream

Method:

  1. In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate chips with the milk, thickened cream, sugar, spices and Mavella Superfoods Australian Grown Beetroot.
  2. Keep whisking until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
  3. Remove from the heat and serve. Top with whipped cream and mini gingerbread man sprinkles.
