- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 6 tbsp natural gelatine
- 1 tsp Mavella Superfoods Kombucha + Gut
- Using a pot, dissolve the gelatine into warm water.
- Add the ginger, lemon and honey and stir constantly.
- Using a strainer, remove any pulp or hard pieces and mix in Mavella Superfoods Kombucha + Gut
- Pour into moulds and place in the fridge until set, about two hours.
