- 1 cup coconut milk (from a carton)
- 1 pitted date
- 4 halved pecans
- 3 tbsp greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Brain Boost
- Toppings: Halved or crushed pecans + coconut flakes
- Pour all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- In a clear plastic cup or reusable jar, make yogurt ghost shapes using the back of a spoon. You can draw the faces with a black sharpie.
- Serve the smoothie and top with coconut flakes and halved/ crushed pecans.
