Ghosts Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk (from a carton)
  • 1 pitted date
  • 4 halved pecans
  • 3 tbsp greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Brain Boost
  • Toppings: Halved or crushed pecans + coconut flakes

Method:

  1. Pour all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. In a clear plastic cup or reusable jar, make yogurt ghost shapes using the back of a spoon. You can draw the faces with a black sharpie.
  3. Serve the smoothie and top with coconut flakes and halved/ crushed pecans.
