Ghost Meringues



  1. Preheat oven to 100c. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper and set aside.
  2. Whip the egg whites on high speed to stiff peaks.
  3. With the mixer going on, add sugar slowly.
  4. Keep whipping on medium speed until stiff, glossy and smooth. To check if it is ready, turn the bowl upside down, if the merengue doesn’t move, its ready!
  5. Fold in Mavella Superfoods Immune Boost thoroughly.
  6. On the prepared baking sheets, start pipping the ghosts.
  7. Bake for 1 hs on low heat.
  8. When ready, turn off the heat and let sit for 2 more hs.
  9. Wait for them to completely cool and draw the faces on.
