Fluffy Greek Yoghurt Pancakes


  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 tsp b. Powder
  • 1 tbsp honey 
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1 large egg 
  • 1/4 cup greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost 
  • Toppings: chocolate chips, whipped cream, shredded coconut, banana


  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour and b. powder.
  2. Mix Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost into the milk and pour it in the large bowl.
  3. Add egg and greek yoghurt and stir until combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet sprayed with cooking oil or butter.
  5. Spoon 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan. Cook until bubbles form on top, flip and cook for another minute.
  6. Transfer the pancakes to a plate. You can use cookie cutters to create the easter bunny, using the toppings as features
