Ingredients

  • 4 large hardboiled eggs
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 8 slices white bread
  • Butter (optional)
  • 2 tbsp chopped celery
  • Chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost

Method:

  1. 1. Add all the ingredients (except the bread) into a food processor and pulse 2-3 times until everything is chopped and mixed.
  2. Toast the bread slices slightly (brush with butter if you like) then spread the egg salad mixture between two slices.
