Easiest Coconut Macaroons



  1. Preheat the oven to 180c. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded coconut, condensed milk and Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost. Stir well until combined.
  3. Scoop about 1 tbsp of the mixture onto the baking sheet, spacing them 3-4 cm apart, flatten with your hands.
  4. Bake for 10 min, or until golden brown
