Crispy Kale Chips



  1. Remove large stems from the kale and chop into chunks. Wash and dry well.
  2. Place kale in a large bowl, toss with olive oil, minced garlic and Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost.
  3. Lay on a baking sheet over parchment paper. Bake for 10 min, rotate the pan and bake for 10 more minutes.
  4. Allow to cool a few minutes and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and sea salt (optional)
