Ingredients
- 2 handfuls fresh kale
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
- Sea salt (optional)
Method:
- Remove large stems from the kale and chop into chunks. Wash and dry well.
- Place kale in a large bowl, toss with olive oil, minced garlic and Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost.
- Lay on a baking sheet over parchment paper. Bake for 10 min, rotate the pan and bake for 10 more minutes.
- Allow to cool a few minutes and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and sea salt (optional)
