Ingredients

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200c. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix parmesan cheese and Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost. Add salt & pepper (optional)
  3. Add the edamame (cooked to package directions) and the olive oil.
  4. Stir until all the edamame is evenly coated.
  5. Spread on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 min or until the cheese is melted to your liking.
  6. Let cool 5 minutes before serving
