Ingredients
- 2 cup frozen edamame (unshelled)
 - 1 tbsp olive oil
 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 - 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
 - salt & pepper to taste
 
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 200c. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
 - In a medium bowl, mix parmesan cheese and Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost. Add salt & pepper (optional)
 - Add the edamame (cooked to package directions) and the olive oil.
 - Stir until all the edamame is evenly coated.
 - Spread on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 min or until the cheese is melted to your liking.
 - Let cool 5 minutes before serving
