- 1 cup low fat greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1/8 tsp ground turmeric
- 2 tsp Mavella Superfoods Kombucha + Gut
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Toppings: whipped cream, shredded coconut, lemon slices, mint.
- Combine greek yogurt, lemon juice, honey, lemon zest, turmeric and Mavella Superfoods Kombucha + Gut in a bowl and mix well.
- Add the mix to an ice cube tray and freeze.
- When ready, place the ice cubes and smoothie cubes in blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
