- 10 wonton wrappers
- 150g cream cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 200g crab sticks
- 1 tsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
- Spring onion, Cucumber, carrots as toppings.
- Preheat the oven to 180c.
- Prepare a muffin pan and spray with non-stick spray.
- Place the wonton wrappers in each cup and press down
- Bake for 10 minutes and cool slightly.
- In a food processor, combine crab sticks, cream cheese, mayonnaise, spring onion and Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost and mix well.
- Spoon filling into the baked wonton shells and top with your favorite veggies!
