Coconut-Lime Panna Cotta


  • 500ml coconut milk
  • 80g sweetener of choice (erythritol, xylitol, etc)
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Lime zest
  • 2 tbsp powdered gelatine
  • 2 tbsp cold water
  • Sliced fruits of choice (passion fruit/mango/peach)
  • 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Kombucha + Gut


  1. 1. Pour the water into a small bowl and sprinkle the gelatin on top. Let soak for a few minutes.
  2. Prepare the ramekins or silicone molds by greasing them lightly with coconut oil and place on a tray.
  3. Heat up the coconut milk, sweetener, salt and lime zest in a small saucepan. Mix until the sweetener is dissolved but don’t boil.
  4. Remove from the heat and add Mavella Superfoods Kombucha + Gut and vanilla extract and mix until combined. Mix in the bloomed gelatin.
  5. Stir with a whisk until the gelatin is completely combined.
  6. Pour into the prepared ramekins or silicone molds and refrigerate for at least 5 hours.
  7. Unmold on a plate for serving and top with sliced fruits.
