Ingredients
- 500ml coconut milk
- 80g sweetener of choice (erythritol, xylitol, etc)
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Lime zest
- 2 tbsp powdered gelatine
- 2 tbsp cold water
- Sliced fruits of choice (passion fruit/mango/peach)
- 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Kombucha + Gut
Method:
- 1. Pour the water into a small bowl and sprinkle the gelatin on top. Let soak for a few minutes.
- Prepare the ramekins or silicone molds by greasing them lightly with coconut oil and place on a tray.
- Heat up the coconut milk, sweetener, salt and lime zest in a small saucepan. Mix until the sweetener is dissolved but don’t boil.
- Remove from the heat and add Mavella Superfoods Kombucha + Gut and vanilla extract and mix until combined. Mix in the bloomed gelatin.
- Stir with a whisk until the gelatin is completely combined.
- Pour into the prepared ramekins or silicone molds and refrigerate for at least 5 hours.
- Unmold on a plate for serving and top with sliced fruits.
