- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1tsp vanilla bean powder
- 5 medjool dates
- 4g Mavella Superfoods Kombucha + Energy
- Soak the almonds in water overnight.
- In a food processor, ground the almonds and dates, then add the coconut flakes, coconut oil, vanilla bean powder and Mavella Superfoods Kombucha + Energy powder.
- Scoop out and roll into balls (about 1 tbspoon each).
- Chill for 20 min so they keep shape better.
- Using a tray, roll them over coconut flakes until fully coated.
