Ingredients
Cookie dough:
- 4 egg whites
- 1 1/2 cups organic sugar
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 1 tsp Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost
- 1/8 tsp Baking powder
- 2 cups almond flour
- Bunch of almonds + food coloring dye
Method:
- In the bowl of a stand mixer, whisk the egg whites. Add the organic sugar gradually and whisk until combined. Stir in the almond extract and Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost.
- Slowly add the almond flour and baking powder. Divide into two smaller bowls (or as many as you like!) and add food coloring.
- Transfer into a pipping bag and pipe onto a lined baking tray. Top with a whole almond on each one.
- Place in the refrigerator for a few minutes to help set, then bake for 10-12 minutes.
