Chocolate Chip Zucchini Bread


  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp B. Powder 
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup organic sugar
  • 1 cup shredded zucchini
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 
  • 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost


  1. Preheat oven to 180c. Grease a loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
  2. In the bowl of a stand mixer, whisk together the egg, oil, sugar and Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost.
  3. Fold in the zucchini and chocolate chips.
  4. Slowly mix in the flour and baking powder until combined.
  5. Pour into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60min, until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
  6. Cool completely before slicing
