Ingredients
- 1 cup quinoa, well rinsed
 - 1 1/2 cup water
 - 1 cups chopped broccoli
 - 1 cup shredded cheese
 - 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
 
Method:
- Cook the broccoli florets in boiling water and set aside.
 - Add the quinoa and water to a pot and cook until the quinoa is tender and it has absorbed all the water.
 - While the quinoa is still warm, mix in the broccoli, cheese and Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
