- 3 cups celery
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- Lemon Squeeze (optional)
- 4g Mavella Superfoods Kombucha + Gut
- Slice the celery stalks roughly and place in the blender.
- Add the water and blend well. It’ll resemble a puree.
- Using a nut milk bag or cheese cloth placed over a bowl, pour the mixture into it. Strain all the liquid you can. You can save the pulp for soups or discard.
- Add and stir in Mavella Superfoods Kombucha + Gut into the celery juice.
- Taste for sweetness and add honey or more lemon as desired.
