Cashew “Cream cheese”

Ingredients

 • 150g raw cashews
 • 1/2 cup water
 • 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods All Things Blue
 • 1/4 tsp Mavella Superfoods Mixed Berries or Beetroot (optional)
 • Stars sprinkles and glitter

 

Method:
 1. Soak the cashews overnight.
 2. Drain the cashews the next morning and place them in a high powered blender, along with the 1/2 cup water and Mavella Superfoods All Things Blue.
3. Blend until creamy. 
4. Spread on toast with sprinkles/glitter.
 5. You can add a touch of pink by mixing 1/2 tbsp greek yoghurt with 1/4 tsp Mavella Superfoods Mixed Berries or Beetroot (optional).
 6. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days
