Butter Biscuits with Body Boost

Ingredients

  • 125 grams butter (softened)
  • ½ cup caster sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg (at room temperature)
  • 2 cups plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 tablespoon of Mavella Body Boost

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°c. Line two baking trays with baking paper.

  2. Sift flour, caster sugar, baking powder and Mavella Body Boost together.

  3. Melt butter, add egg and whisk, then add vanilla extract

  4. Add to powder mix

  5. Roll tablespoonfuls of the mixture into balls, and squash them flat. Add hundreds and thousands.

  6. Place onto trays, allowing room for spreading.

  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly golden. Remove from oven and cool completely.
