Brain Balls

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups almond meal
  • 1/3 cup linseed meal
  • 1/2 cup rice malt syrup
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 2 teaspoons of Mavella Brain Boost.

Instructions:

Mix together, then roll into balls or place in Sillipod and place in freezer.
If too dry add some water or more coconut oil.
