Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
 - 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
 - 1/4 cup rolled oats • 2 pitted medjool dates
 - 1 tbsp almond butter
 - 1 tbsp coconut oil
 - 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Australian Grown - Purple Carrot
 
Method:
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until combined. Scrape the sides in between pulses until the mixture is well combined.
 - Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
 - Scoop 1-2 tbsp of the mixture into bite-sized balls and roll into more desiccated coconut (optional)
