Blueberry Oat Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp b.powder
  • 1 tbsp organic brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 tsp Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180c.
  2. In a single-serve baking dish, add the blueberries and Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost. Mix it up and press down with a spatula.
  3. On top, sprinkle the brown sugar, flour and baking powder evenly. Add a layer of rolled oats on top.
  4. Pour in the butter and the milk, making sure the oats absorb the liquid.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until the oats slightly brown and the blueberries are bubbly.
  6. Serve warm with ice cream!
