Method:

Take de frozen pineapple out of the freezer and let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.
Blend all the ingredients until creamy and smooth, scraping the sides between pulses.
Place in a freezer safe dish and serve! You can top with coconut flakes or crushed nuts.
