Ingredients
- 1 cup thick coconut cream
- 1 tbsp gelatin
- 2 tbsp coconut milk
- 2 tsp Mavella Superfoods All Things Blue
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Method:
- Place the coconut milk and gelatin in a small saucepan and mix until a paste is formed. Let thicken for a couple of minutes.
- Add the coconut cream to the saucepan and mix everything on low heat until the gelatin paste is dissolved.
- Add Mavella Superfoods All Things Blue and vanilla extract and whisk until combined.
- Pour the mixture into a glass jar or small ramekins. Place in the refrigerator to set.
- Serve with a couple of blueberries, coconut flakes and drizzle with maple/honey.
