Blue Coconut Panna Cotta

Ingredients

Method:

  1. Place the coconut milk and gelatin in a small saucepan and mix until a paste is formed. Let thicken for a couple of minutes.
  2. Add the coconut cream to the saucepan and mix everything on low heat until the gelatin paste is dissolved.
  3. Add Mavella Superfoods All Things Blue and vanilla extract and whisk until combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a glass jar or small ramekins. Place in the refrigerator to set.
  5. Serve with a couple of blueberries, coconut flakes and drizzle with maple/honey.
