Blue Almond Flour Pancakes


  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil 
  • 1 tsp B. Powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 to 2 tbsp almond milk
  • 1 tsp Mavella Superfoods Kombucha + Energy
  • Toppings: fruits, honey, yoghurt, mint, coconut flakes, etc.


  1. Preheat a skillet over medium-low heat.
  2. Stir together all the ingredients, except for the toppings.
  3. Grease the skillet with butter or olive oil and pour 3 tbsp of batter. Cook until bubbly on top, then flip.
  4. Repeat with all remaining batter.
  5. Top with fruits, honey, yogurt, coconut flakes, or your favorite
