Ingredients

Method:

  1. Place the frozen/fresh blackberries and lemon juice in a small saucepan and cook until softened.
  2. Mash with a fork and mix in Mavella Superfoods Australian Grown Purple Carrot. Set aside.
  3. Assemble the sandwiches with two slices of bread, layering the grated cheese and blackberry jam in between.
  4. Toast on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted. Serve warm. Drizzle with maple syrup (optional).
