Berries Overnight Oats

Ingredients

Method:

  1. Combine the oats, chia seeds, 1 cup almond milk and honey in a jar or bowl.
  2. Seal or cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. In the morning, prepare the kombucha by mixing it in the water, and blend it up with the frozen berries, 1/2 cup almond milk and dates.
  4. Remove oats from the refrigerator and give them a quick stir. Top with the smoothie and more berries and toppings.
