Ingredients
- Toasted bread slices
- 1 cup cooked chickpeas
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Australian Grown - Beetroot
- Toppings: feta cheese, sesame and pumpkin seeds, sprouts.
Method:
- Toast the sliced sourdough bread and set aside.
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor except for the toppings and pulse until creamy,
- Spread on your toast and top with feta cheese, sesame and pumpkin seeds, sprouts or your favourite!
