Method:

  1. Slice the baguette and toast.
  2. Add all the ingredients except for the toppings and bread to a food processor and pulse until a creamy pink spread is formed.
  3. Spread on the baguette slices and garnish with crumbled feta cheese, herbs, sprouts and sprinkle with olive oil.
