Ingredients
- 1 cups coconut milk
- 1 ripe banana (+ another for topping)
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost
- • 2 tbsp chia seeds
- • 1 tbsp shredded coconut (or coconut flakes)
Method:
- Add the coconut milk, 1/2 a banana, honey or maple syrup, cinnamon, Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost to a blender and pulse until combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a large bowl and mix in the chia seeds. Let sit for about 5 minutes.
- Whisk again and place in the refrigerator for a couple of hours until thickened. Mash 1/2 banana, add to the bowl and stir through the mixture.
- Prepare 2 bowls, jars or glasses and serve the pudding, leaving room for sliced bananas + shredded coconut or coconut flakes.
