Banana Cinnabuns



  1. Mash the bananas in a large bowl and mix in the self-rising flour and Mavella Superfoods Brain Boost until a dough is formed.
  2. If the dough feels too sticky, add more flour until its easier to manage. Roll the dough with a rolling pin (about 1 cm thickness).
  3. Brush a couple tbsp melted butter and sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar on top.
  4. Cut the dough into strips and roll the buns. Place on a lined baking pan and bake at 180c for 25min.
  5. Sprinkle Icing sugar on top of the buns or glaze.
