Banana Chips



  1. Prepare the lemon juice in a large bowl.
  2. Slice the bananas evenly and add to the bowl, soak for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat the over to 100c. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  4. Discard the lemon juice from the bowl and add 1 tsp Mavella Superfoods Gut Boost to the bananas, tossing until distributed evenly.
  5. Arrange the banana slices on the baking sheet and bake for 1 hs. Flip them and bake for 1 more hs until dry.
  6. You can also use a food dehydrator instead of your oven.
