Banana Bread & Almond Cookies



  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350c and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicon mat.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking soda and Mavella Superfoods Brain Boost.
  3. In a second bowl, combine the mashed bananas, maple syrup (or honey) and the egg.
  4. Mix everything together in a larger bowl until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  5. Scoop the dough onto the baking sheet and gently flatten each cookie with a fork or spoon.
  6. Bake for 25-30min until the middles are set and the edges are starting to brown.
  7. Place them on a wire rack to cool to room temperature.
