Banana & Berries Smoothie Bowl


  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen berries 
  • 2 frozen bananas 
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice 
  • 1 tbsp Mavella Superfoods Immune Boost
  • Toppings: granola, nuts, seeds, sliced fruits, flowers, etc.


  1. Combine yogurt, frozen berries, frozen banana, milk and Mavella Superfoods Immune Boost in a blender and puree until smooth, adding more milk as needed.
  2. Serve the smoothie and add the toppings
