Baked French Eggs



  1. Preheat the oven to 180c and spray a muffin pan with cooking oil.
  2. Crack the eggs, one into each muffin cup.
  3. Mix Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost into the whipping cream.
  4. Add about 1/2 tbsp of the cream over the eggs, sprinkle with salt & pepper (if using) and add the Parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes depending on how firm you like your eggs.
  6. Garnish with more Parmesan cheese and chopped green onion. You can serve with whole wheat toasts.
