Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes
 - 2 tbsp olive oil
 - Optional: himalayan sea salt, pepper to taste, parsley.
 - 1tbsp Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost
 
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 200c. Prep a baking sheet with parchment paper or oil.
 - Using a sharp knife or a mandolin, thinly slice the potatoes.
 - Pat them dry with a kitchen towel and place in a large bowl.
 - Add the oil and Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost and toss them until covered evenly.
 - Place the potatoes in a single layer on the baking sheet and place in the oven for 20 min, flipping them half way through.
 - Remove from oven and let cool for 2 min, add seasonings and garnish if you desire.
